An eTraining Portal, namely IPAdemy established and contents for the portal devloped for National IPA Coordinator (NIPAC) Türkiye, Directorate of EU Affairs.


The content of the portal includes 17 modules under following MOOCs. 

  • IPA Programming

  • Project Cycle Management

  • Project Implementation

  • Result Orriented Monitoring (ROM)

  • Evaluation
